1. Digital Products & Assessments

All purchases involving assessment forms, protocol recommendations, and digital guides are non-refundable once accessed or submitted. Assessments are personalized and reviewed as part of our clinical process.

2. Herbal Products & Supplements

Due to the nature of herbal supplements, opened or used products are non-refundable. Products returned due to change of mind are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are not issued based on lack of expected results, as individual responses to herbs vary.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact support@ikumiherbs.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit at Ikumi's discretion.

4. Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been booked. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5. International Orders

Ikumi is not responsible for customs delays, import duties or taxes, or seizures by customs authorities. International orders are non-refundable in these cases.
