Can I take multiple protocols at the same time?
Some combinations are safe, others require professional review. Our system automatically selects protocols based on your assessment, and our practitioners can advise if stacking is appropriate.
Are Ikumi products safe with medications or medical conditions?
Most products are safe, but some — like AndroCalm (licorice content) or ProlactEase — require blood pressure checks or lab review. Our assessments flag any contraindications automatically. Always consult a practitioner if unsure.
How long before I see results?
Herbal protocols work gradually. Some changes — like improved cycle awareness or reduced cravings — may appear within weeks, but optimal results usually take 4–12 weeks, depending on the protocol and consistency.
